Segmentation Rules

In this page you'll learn how to use the Segmentation Rules component throughout our dashboard. This component is used in different features to quickly define a list of rules which will be used to automatically add/remove users/devices from segments/tags when messages are opened, events are registered, etc.

Segmentation rules can also be useful if you want to create follow-up interactions by targeting groups of users or devices automatically categorized after a first interaction with a campaign, link or any other feature where segmentation rules are available.
