Scheduled Based Campaigns

In this area you can create scheduled based campaigns.

Scheduled based campaigns allow you to create several individual Push, Email or SMS messages in different points in time that eventually allow you to engage your users during a certain period of time. Our platform will then gather each individual message's performance as well as global performance metrics of all messages in the campaign.

You start by expanding the Engagement menu item, then the Campaigns menu item and finally click in Scheduled Based:

In this area you will find all the scheduled based campaigns previously created:

You can use the search section to filter results in your list of scheduled based campaigns:

Clicking in each row of this list will take you to each specific campaign, where you can edit a campaign and all its individual messages:

Campaigns can also be toggled ON and OFF as you see fit. Disabling a campaign will automatically prevent any scheduled message from being sent.

From this area you can also create new campaigns, simply click in the New Campaign button in the top right corner:

Setup

In this tab of the scheduled based campaign composer you should provide basic information for your campaign.

You will always need to provide a name for your campaign and the medium you want to target:

By default, the medium selected will always be Push, but you can always select Email or SMS. Make sure you correctly define the medium before creating the campaign, the medium cannot be changed afterwards.

Duration

In this tab of the scheduled based campaign composer, you will define the duration of your campaign. You will only be able to scheduled individual message between this period of time.

Simply provide a start and end date for your campaign. You can always change this period afterwards as you see fit.

Canvas

In this tab of the scheduled based campaign composer, you will find all the messages created for this campaign. This tab is only visible after you've created a campaign.

You can add as many messages as you want in a campaign, as long as you scheduled for date within the campaign duration. To add more messages to your campaign, simply click in the following button:

This will open a window as follows:

You should provide a valid date (within your campaign's duration), a time zone or if the message should be sent based on the device's time zone.

If you want to bootstrap the content of your message with a previously created template, you can do that by selecting the Use a template option and search an existing template:

Optionally, you can define the audience for this new message by selecting the Define an audience option using a custom criteria:

If you toggle OFF this option, we will create a message that will target all your audience. To learn more about criteria, please read the guides located here.

This will create a new scheduled messages using the content of that template. If you do not use a template, we will create a scheduled message using a default text which you can change later:

Clicking on each message in your campaign's Canvas tab, will take you to a specific message page. To learn more about messages, please read the guides located here. You can also remove a scheduled message from your campaign by clicking the button in the top right corner.

For each campaign you create, besides each individual message's performance metrics, we will also gather campaign's performance metrics. You can find this option inside each campaign in the Options menu by clicking in Stats:

Clicking this option will take you to the campaign's stats page:

In this page, besides displaying all the important performance KPIs generated by your campaign, we will also make it possible for you to export all this data. You do this by expanding the Options menu and clicking in Export:

There are several types of exports available for you. To learn more about each type of export job, please read this page.

Finally, whenever you want to delete a campaign you can do that from the Options menu, by clicking in the Delete option:
