Edit Beacons

In these pages you'll learn how to edit beacons in a Geo-Zone.

In any of your apps expand the menu item Locations and click in Geo-Zones:

Then click in the geo-zone you would like to manage from the list of geo-zones:

Then expand the Options menu and click in Beacons:

In this page you'll find all the beacons you've created so far, click in the beacon you wish to edit to proceed:

In this page you can always change the Name:

You will see a pre-defined field (read only) containing the Proximity UUID which you've configured previously. Make sure the physical beacon has the same UUID:

You will also see a pre-defined field (read only) containing the Major which you've configured previously. Make sure the physical beacon has the same Major:

You can also change the Minor. Make sure this value matches your physical beacon minor value:

Finally, you can also change the Purpose for your beacon:

When you are done configuring your beacon, go ahead and hit the Save button to store your changes:

In this page you can also delete the beacon. To do that expand the Options menu and click in Delete:
